Last weekend we experienced a service outage on our IRC server that lasted all morning and all afternoon on Sunday, October 24th. Traffic was re-routed to a temporary server until the main server was brought back up approximately an hour later.

It has been a very long time since we suffered a prolonged outage like that. In the event that a similar outage occurs in the future, we have the capability to switch all traffic to the temporary server in as few as 15 minutes.

I suppose no matter what happens it's still better than GamesNet, right? Oh, I mean GameSurge. A lot has changed since we had a website.
